Shipping within Canada

This storefront ships to all Canadian provinces and territories. Standard shipping is free for all orders within Canada. International shipping is not currently offered.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery is estimated at approximately 4–6 business days. Together, processing and transit normally take approximately 5–8 business days in total; this is the combined estimate, not an additional delivery stage. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

The available delivery service and estimate are shown at checkout. Tracking information is provided after dispatch when tracking is available.

Address and order changes

Contact support@2xukvx.shop as soon as possible with your order number if you need to correct an address, change an order or request cancellation. A change cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch.

Delays, loss, damage or incorrect delivery

Carrier, weather, holiday, service-volume and other events may delay delivery. If a parcel is delayed, lost, damaged or delivered incorrectly, contact support with your order number and available tracking details. For damaged or incorrect goods, include clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.

Because this storefront does not offer international delivery, customs, import duties and cross-border delivery charges are not quoted here.
